T-ball wrap up

This was W's first t-ball season and he had a great time. His coach was wonderful--he really enjoyed helping the team learn the ins and outs of baseball, he had a very gentle way. There were some very funny moments with the kids--especially when it was time to run...the kids would haphazardly choose a base to run too but, by the end they pretty well had it down.

This is W telling his buddies about peeing behind the tree. He as done this every practice since mid season--because he REALLY has to go; nooo..., he just really likes going outside

W put his whole body into throwing that ball to first base.

W hustling for the ball. I have to laugh because most of the time W was out in the field talking or looking around, he was seldom actually attending to the ball. But, the last couple of practices he did a terrific job thanks to some good coaching.

We wrapped it all up this weekend with a party hosted at one of his teammates houses. All the kids enjoyed icream with lots of toppings and cupcakes then played and played and played. William and Lindsay had a water fight--but not with waterguns or hoses, with capri suns. W was a sticky mess. He sure did have fun getting that way.
