The way William eats an Oreo

William really enjoyed his Oreos after dinner the other night. I think the way he eats them is so cute, I had to share. He always eats the creamy center first and moves on from there. He gets is love of Oreos very honestly.

Fun at the playground

William and Lauren had fun playing at the park the other morning. Lauren especially loved it since it is a new adventure for her--actually crawling around and chasing William instead of just watching him play. She loves it so much, she pitches a fierce fit if I dare put her in the stroller while William is still playing.

Maestros, Encore!

My little Maestros. They love to play musical instruments--trumpet, piano, drums, chimes, recorder...the list goes on. Well actually, that just sounds better than they love to make A LOT of noise. And, please note William's very cute piano dance.

William and Lauren had fun playing in the pool in the backyard. Lauren was really funny with her baby raft. She used it like a water walker and made her way around the pool, leaning over the sides to grab things that were floating.

Move Over Frank Sinatra!!

Isn't that the sweetest, most angelic voice you have ever heard. Okay, too a mother's ear it is!! William decided to break into a self-written song a few nights ago when Lauren was a little fussy due to a lack of sleep. He proclaimed "Me can help" and that's when he debuted his singing and songwriting skills. Don't expect to hear William singing songs that aren't originals--he doesn't do covers.

We had a fun time and busy time at the beach. We stayed at the Ffrench's house--our good friends from the gunship days. They were so generous to let us stay since they were actually out of town. We were able to visit with them on Monday when they got back in town and we able to meet their very sweet Sarah-Grace. During our short time there we went between Destin and Pensacola to visit family and friends. A great time was had by all at the beach where we visited with our friends Will and Desiree. William had great fun building--well, smashing--sand castles and "surfing on the shore". He was a little afraid of the water. Lauren, on the other hand had to be kept from crawling into the water. She also felt like the sand was for her snacking pleasure.
